How long does delivery take? +

Orders within India usually arrive in 5-12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner, and remote areas may take a little longer.

Is Cash on Delivery available? +

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. If COD is available for your pincode, you will see it as an option at checkout. You can also pay online using UPI, cards or net banking.

What is your return and refund policy? +

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we approve your request, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? +

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (and an unboxing video if possible). We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
